Pharmacy Technician Care Coordinator

The Company:

• A growing pharmaceutical organization with a base in Plano, TX!

Duties:

• Answering inbound patient and provider communication (call center and SMS platform)
• Supporting in patient needs as appropriate (eg: providing tracking information, scheduling appointment with care team, updating demographic information, etc.)
• Triaging patient to pharmacist or care team as needed
• Support in customer service concerns and de-escalation when appropriate
• 55-60 inbound call volume on average

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
• An active pharmacy technician (PTCB) license in good standing with the Texas

• Good phone etiquette

• Good customer service telephonically

Soft Skills

• *Strong Computer Literacy
• Strong Communication skills
• Dependable/reliable

Schedule:

• M-F 8 to 5

Pay Rate:

• $18-20 per hour
