Pharmacy Technician
Unlike most closed door pharmacies this role is not filling patient prescriptions. This role is a call center role where you will need to speak on the phone (following a script).
- You will assist with refill eligibility
- Prior authorizations
- Connecting with patient before transferring call to the nurse or pharmacy on duty
- You may receive anywhere from 8-10 calls an hour depending on call volumes and patient calls
- The tech may have inbound and outbound responsibilities
Must Have Skills/Qualifications: FL Pharm Tech License & Call Center Experience
Schedule/Shift: The schedule will most likely 10a-7p or 11a-8p... 3 weeks of training 8a-5p
4 weeks of NO time off!
Start Date: November 5th
