1. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Input patient demographics and process prescriptions using prescription software.
• Screen and verify refills, avoiding duplicates and ensuring accurate dosage/strength entry.
• Check for third-party coverage, billing accuracy, and insurance compliance.
• Handle pharmaceuticals: remove drugs from stock, count, pour, mix, label, and package as needed.
• Utilize patient identification (two methods) during patient will-call.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Support the pharmacist in daily operations and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow all regulatory rules and guidelines to maintain compliance

1. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) [or state-specific requirements].
• Proficiency in prescription processing software and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical safety and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

1. Schedule/ Shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9-5:30 (30 min lunch) & Every other Saturday
