Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Pharmacy Manager to lead our long-term care pharmacy team. This is a high-volume environment that requires someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality of care. With our ongoing growth, we need a leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, take on challenges, and go the extra mile when the team needs it.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee high-volume prescription processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage workflow and adjust staffing as needed to meet increased demand.
  • Support team members, providing hands-on leadership and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement strategies for growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to long-term care pharmacy operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities, providers, and vendors.
  • Step in and work extra hours as needed to support the team during peak times.

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania with experience in long-term care or high-volume pharmacy settings.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to bring a team together and drive performance.
