We are looking for an energetic, patient caring, critical thinking, person that can communicate, both written and verbally. Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Assist and manage pharmacy technicians as required and as necessary
• Assist with phone calls as necessary
• IV experience is a positive
• Oversee proper inventory management and medication ordering
• Assist with and oversee Medication Returns and E-Kit management
• Develop and supervise medication management systems to ensure that adequate supplies of medications are available to meet resident care needs, stored under appropriate and secure conditions, delivered to residents in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, and labeled appropriately.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Comply with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations at all times
• Maintain required Continuing Education credits
• Maintain current licensing by the state(s) in which he/she practices (Ohio)
• RPh License

Schedule/ Shift:

• Full-Time working M-F with cycling shifts between 7:30am - 8pm
