Job description

Position: Hospital Pharmacist

Location: Oklahoma City

Shift time: Day shift - Full time

Pay: 48/hr + depending on experience

Position Overview:

We need a skilled Hospital Pharmacist to ensure safe medication dispensing, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide top-notch pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret orders for accurate medication dispensing.
  • Prepare and dispense medications, maintaining high quality.
  • Collaborate on medication therapy management.
  • Monitor patient profiles for potential issues.
  • Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Assist in pharmacy policy development.
  • Mentor pharmacy staff.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician

Active OK state pharmacist license.

Hospital pharmacy and medication management understanding.

Strong communication and detail-oriented.
