Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing great customer service in person and over the phone by providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing patient registration, including going bedside and behind the desk admitting
- Performing insurance verifications and data entry (demographic information)
- Obtaining the collection of co-pays and necessary signatures
