Job description
In-Office/On-Site position; Healthcare experience required.
Overview of Responsibilities
This person will be taking be doing authorizations for government, commercial and DME. They will be working in Excel spreadsheets and talking to insurances most of the day. They will sometime need to make a patient call or two. Each Rep has a census of 300-500 patients that they will be completely authorizations for; not all at once though. They do not need to have DME experience, they can train that but do need Prior Auth experience. Someone who can talk on the phone to patients parents, able to multitask and work in a fast paced envirionment
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- Customer Service exp
- Covid vaccine
Nice to Have Skills
- Healthcare/prior auth/DME exp
- bilingual is a huge plus
