Patient Service Representative (CONTRACT)

Medix is hiring Patient Service Representatives to support a call center in Warwick, RI for a 4+ week contract. Starting out, this role will be 4 weeks but has the potential for extension depending on patient volume.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer service to patients
• Answer calls
• Fill out forms to capture patient demographic information
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Other duties as required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of healthcare experience
• EMR experience
• Call center experience, preferred not required
