Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $24

Practice Overview:
This clinic specializes in surgical and non-surgical care for orthopedic and spine conditions, focusing on innovative treatments, minimally invasive procedures, and evidence-based care. The practice handles a high patient volume, with up to 180 patients per day on peak days, and emphasizes patient-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk support, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage high call volumes using the Five9 call system.
  • Schedule appointments and triage calls to appropriate departments.
  • Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Required Skills/Experience:
    • Medical office experience.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
    • Understanding of insurance processes.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills/Experience:
    • Familiarity with EPIC EMR is a significant advantage.
