Patient Service Representative
Job description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Referrals
- Insurance Eligibility
- Inbound/outbound calls with PCPs, Insurances and Patients
- Checking Patients In and Out
- Scheduling
- Taking Insurance/Copays
- Greeting Patients
- Managing waiting room
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- EMR: Athena
Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Referrals experience
- Insurance eligibility experience
- Good understanding of general insurance knowledge
Nice to Have Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Athena EMR experience
- Specialties experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Locations
- Phoenix, AZ 85054 - Tues-Thurs
- Will also be required to out Biltmore, Glendale, or Scottsdale location on Mondays & Fridays
