Duties include: Greeting patients when they walk in the door (with a smile!), assist with registration / pre registration, reviewing MyChart prior to appointment ensuring they have everything completed necessary, update and scan insurance information (insurance is typically verified prior to appt), check in/check out, collecting ID

Phones: 10-40 calls/day (inbound and outbound)- Answering basic questions, transferring to back office if someone calling in for results, confirm appointments, scheduling appointments, people calling in for lab work Will be faxing, scanning, making copies for new patients

M-F 7:45am - 4:45pm

Must have medical office or customer service experience
