Job description

Overview

Projected Start Date: ASAP

Position Info

This person will be taking orders from Physicians for new patients to start the intake process. They will be responsible for processing the orders, which entails calling families, calling insurances, getting patients entered into the system and a lot of follow up throughout the whole process.This department handles roughly 400 orders a month, so it is very fast paced! It is important that this individual isn't easily bothered by a stressful environment, can multi-task, and has strong computer skills.They will be sitting out of business office so there will be no direct patient contact. This is on a team of about 25.

  • Decent tenure, no contract only, etc
  • Insurance experience
  • Medical Terminology
