Patient Registration/Scheduler - Job Type:

• Contract/temporary position covering for an employee who is out on maternity leave for 3 months.
• The contract will begin in February and run through May at least.
• There is potential to stay on permanently after the contract depending on business needs at the time.
  
  

Patient Registration/Scheduler - Job Overview:

• Heavy phones, both inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling patients
• Obtaining insurance and patient demographic information
• It is a mix of new and existing patient scheduling
• Making calls for appointment reminders
• Working on Epic EMR
• Each call lasts 5-10 minutes

Patient Registration/Scheduler - Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Patient Registration/Scheduler - Pay & Benefits:

• $26-29/hr based on experience
