Location: Centennial, CO. (Fully on site)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Start Date: 12/26
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST (subject to change when converted to permanent to support operating hours of 6am-6pm).



About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and patient-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be on the phone throughout your shift, assisting patients with insurance verification, setting up new therapies, and addressing prescription refills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for contract-to-hire employment in a growing healthcare environment.



Responsibilities

  • Patient Assistance: Handle inbound calls, vet patient needs, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our outbound group to follow up on patient inquiries, including refills and new therapy setups.
  • Data Entry: Collect and input patient insurance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to transition into handling more complex pharmacy-related tasks.
  • Performance: Meet performance metrics to secure permanent employment opportunities.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Pharmacy experience- preferred, not required
  • Comfortable working full shifts on the phone, handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong background in retail or call center environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and clerical skills; no hands-on drug mixing required.
  • Adaptable to changing schedules and job requirements as the project progresses.


Work Environment

  • Fully on site
  • Team structure: Collaborate with a team of 12, with ongoing expansion to support additional branches.
