We are hiring for a Medical Receptionist/Patient Concierge in Raymore, MO!

Role Highlights: Patient Concierge team members are responsible for creating a friendly and warm first impression for patients internally and externally to our clinics. You will be the face of the clinic and provide a welcoming environment for patients entering the clinic and help patients get started on their journey to improved health. Additionally, the Patient Concierge team member identifies opportunities for community engagement.

• Triage patient messages and questions in a timely manner
• Scan documenta and maintain medical records
• Enter claims for collections on FMLA, Rating Letters, etc.
• Welcome and register patients at check in
• Guide patients through intake process --new patient forms, copies of office policies, etc.
• Collect co-payments and complete transactions
• Verify insurance and benefits for patients

Location: Raymore, MO 64083

Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:30 OR 8:30-5:30

Pay: $18.00-21.50/hr

Requirements:

• Healthcare background -- minimum 1-2 years
• High Energy
• Computer Knowledge & ability to operate different systems
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
