Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm
Pay: $18 per hour
Job Overview:
- Entering Patient Demographics: Accurately input patient information into the system to ensure up-to-date records.
- Assisting Patients: Address patient inquiries, providing clear and helpful responses to their questions.
- Transferring Calls: Connect patients to the pharmacist for onboarding calls and specialized assistance.
- Payment Processing: Handle patient payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Financial Counseling: Offer support and guidance on financial aspects related to prescriptions and services.
- Managing New Prescription Requests: Facilitate the submission and processing of new prescription requests.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support patient care and pharmacy operations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Call center experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with insurance verification
