Patient Accounts Customer Service Representative

Hiring an on-site Patient Accounts / Customer Service Representative in Bellevue, WA!

Schedule: M-F 8-4:30 PM

Pay: Between $25-$29/hr depending on experience & qualfiications

Day to day:

• To promptly file hospital inpatient and outpatient claims with payers, following up in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure maximum reimbursement is received for services provided.
• To assist the public in obtaining full benefits from their coverage and in understanding billing procedures, always maintaining good public relations.

Must Have Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of insurance payers
• Customer Service experience
