Inbound calls from patients, need high level of customer service experience, EPIC experience. Bilingual in Spanish - major plus. Fully remote.

- EPIC Experience
- Strong Understanding of EOBs/Primary & Secondary Insurance Payers,
- Strong Internet
- Strong Customer Service Personality
Two shifts:
1. 7am-3:30pm CST
2. 7:30am - 4pm CST
