Job description

Looking to get your foot in the door with one of the country's largest health systems? Look no further. A North Iowa Medical Center is seeking 5 patient access reps to join their team. There is lot's of room for growth and development within. It is an exciting, fast paced position that allows for patient interaction. Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Customer service is a MUST.
Pay: $15-$16/hr

Shifts Available:

  1. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
  2. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 7:30pm-7:30am (overnights, 3x12hr shifts)
  3. Monday 10:30am-11pm, Thursday/Friday 7am- 7:30pm (day, 3x12hr shifts)

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening/Night: 10% Differential (more than 4 consecutive hours between 2:30am-8:30am)
  • Weekend: $1 per hour (starting 7pm on Friday evening, ending 7am on Monday)
