Are you currently in the job market for a full time role? Medix is hiring Patient Access Representatives to work the evening shift for a well known healthcare organizations in Kalamazoo.
Position Information:
- Patient Access Representative
- Shift: 2:30 - 11:00 PM, Rotating Saturdays
- This role is located in the MRI clinic
Job Description:
- Responsibilities may include greeting and registering patients, gathering and entering appropriate demographic and insurance/billing information, verification, scheduling appointments, providing patients with financial information, price estimates and the collection and entry of payments
Job Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience
- Strong typing skills
- Must have high school diploma
- Medical Admin experience is a plus, but not required
Other Information:
- This position is fully in person
- Pay: 15 - 18 an hour
