Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Authorization of insurances
• High volume of calls both inbound and outbound
• Reviewing medical orders and patient insurance information
• Submitting authorization requests to the insurance company with clinical documentation to secure approval before the service is provided

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience obtaining and processing insurance referrals and authorizations
• EMR experience
• High call / patient volume experience

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
