Overview: As a Patient Access Representative in our Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for patients seeking emergency medical care. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing compassionate and accurate assistance while collecting essential information for medical records and billing purposes. Your ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain professionalism is essential in this fast-paced environment.
