Part Time Medical Receptionist (Float)

Medix is Hiring a Part Time Medical Receptionist to float bewteen Lenexa, Lansing, and N Oak! This opportunity is 32 Hours a week! You will be aligned to a Doctor and Medical Assistant and work together as a team!

Overview:

• Check patients in and out on arrival
• Make patient appointments, collect copayments
• Responsible for answering phone calls
• Preparing for patient appointments by gathering any necessary paperwork prior to pateint arrival
• Calling into pharmacies when necessary

Schedule: Monday: 7:45-5:00 (N Oak), Tuesday: 7:45-5 (Lenexa in AM/Lansing in PM), Wednesday: 7:45-5:00 (Lenexa), Thursday: 7:45-5 (N Oak), Friday: OFF

* On Tuesday when you go from Lenexa to Lansing -- the locations are 25 minutes apart but you will be alloted an hour & a half to take luncha and get from one location to the next! You will also be reimbursed for gas for the commute from Lenexa to Lansing*

Requirements: Reliable transportation and car insurance due to floating!
