Job description

Job Title: Administrative Support

Location: Pearland, TX 77584
Parking: Onsite

Duration: Minimum of 90 days, with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on the evolving needs of the team. Contract-to-hire terms are 800 hours.

Shift (Part time): 4 hours per day (could increase to 6 hours), 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Hours: Flexible within operating hours of 8am-5pm, as long as the schedule is consistent. Typical hours range from 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and process mail.
  • Scan correspondence and send it to clinics.
  • Prepare Lockbox and take it to the post office (reliable personal transportation required).
  • Perform data entry using Excel, Outlook 365, Salesforce, and E-fax server.
  • Order office supplies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (basic skills, no pivot tables required).
  • Forward-thinking and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Understanding of which types of mail need to be scanned and sent to clinics (e.g., prescriptions).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Phone skills (if transitioned to a full-time role, potential for promotion into billing/scheduling).

Attire:
Business casual (jeans and tennis shoes are acceptable)-overall a casual environment.
