ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Medix is currently seeking a PACS / Radiology Imaging Products Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Health Systems in the Southeastern US.

Our client is a large healthcare system with 20+ hospitals and 30,000+ employees. They have grown significantly over the last few years through acquiring smaller hospitals.

They are partnering with Medix to hire an Imaging Products Analyst for their Radiology / Imaging team. This individual will be working on the design / build / implementation of a number of imaging products including Philips IntelliSpace PACS, Siemens Syngo.via and the Nuance suite (Powerscribe / Powershare). In some cases, this individual will own end-to-end implementation projects from planning through go-live.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing, configuring and testing the build of a number of Radiology Imaging products - including Siemens Syngo.via, Nuance PowerScribe / PowerShare, Philips PACS and more
  • Leading end to end projects - from planning, through test-case creation, validation, and go-live support.
  • Working with a strong understanding of DICOM, Tag Morphing / Tag Mapping and modality integrations
  • Working in a clinical environment to coach and train clinical professionals / radiologists on the new Radiology platforms, workflows and integrations
  • At times, this role may include travel on-site during larger and more complex go-lives, in order to provide dedicated elbow support for physicians and cardiologists who are using the new build.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Required - significant background in Radiology Imaging products - across Nuclear Medicine / PET, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Body Imaging, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Imaging, Mammography/Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Interventional Neuroradiology, etc)
  • Required - Strong DICOM and Tag Morphing / Tag Mapping experience
  • Required - Philips intelliSpace PACS
  • Required experience with Siemens Syngo.via, Nuance products.
  • Preferred experience with one or more additional imaging products such as AS-Software / AS-OBGYN, Pediatric Radiology, Primordial for workflow management, DynaCAD, DynaSuite, iCAD, etc.
  • Prior experience supporting Go-Live Implementations
  • Prior experience in providing "At the Elbow" / ATE Support
