Outpatient Clinician

We are hiring an Outpatient Clinician in Lowell Massachusetts. The candidate does not require a licence, but it is preferred!

OVERVIEW

The Clinician (Licensed / License Eligible) will provide evidence-based outpatient therapeutic interventions to people experiencing mental health disorders, substance abuse disorders or behavioral health struggles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Conducts clinical assessments and evaluations with the client and family in the treatment planning process.
• Manages appropriate caseload of clients, with a frequency of interventions, based on client's specific needs as stated in the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with providers (primary care, medical specialists, day treatment programs) to coordinate treatment and care.
• Works as a liaison with programs, agencies, funding sources, and community referrals.
• Document according to policy standards and protocols.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

SPECIFICS

Hours: Sun-Wed 9am-5pm, Thurs 12-8pm (off Friday and Sunday)

Location: Lowell Massachusetts 01852 (travel to Lawrence MA 1-2 times a week)

Pay: $71,000 - $78,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Master's degree in related clinical field is required (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling)
• License (LCSW) is not required but preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar behavioral health (mental health or substance use) setting required.
