HIRING: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE

Reponsibilities:

Claims Management:

• Submit and follow up on out-of-network claims for timely payment.
• Resolve claim denials by coordinating with insurers, patients, and departments.
• Appeal underpaid claims with supporting documentation.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile payments and adjust patient accounts.
• Monitor receivables and pursue outstanding balances.
• Audit accounts to correct errors.

Communication:

• Coordinate with insurers for coverage verification and authorizations.
• Address patient billing inquiries clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reimbursement.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of claims and payments.
• Report on account statuses and collection activities.
• Ensure billing compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable, specifically with out-of-network claims.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
