Job description

(Mid-Level) Oracle HCM Consultant - Time & Labor

Remote

This position can be either a long term contract, or a direct hire opportunity - they are open to either based on the candidate's preference.

Our client is a leading management and consulting firm located in the Chicagoland area. They're looking to bring on an Oracle HCM Time & Labor Consultant, to provide support for a federal organization's Oracle HCM implementation! This person will be responsible for techno-functional responsibilities, providing implementation & post-implementation support, performing hands-on configurations, conducting testing, and communicating with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor as primary module
  • Configure and customize the Time & Labor system to meet specific business processes and compliance needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HCM modules
  • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor projects
  • Guide customers through Oracle delivered functionality, advise customers on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM functionally
  • At least 1 project supporting Oracle HCM's Time & Labor module
  • Experience with fast-formulas is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, & excellent communication skills
