We are seeking a highly qualified glaucoma specialist who will play a vital role in continuing our growth trajectory. We have immediate patient demand. This position is a unique practice opportunity with a competitive base/bonus opportunity and benefits package. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • The role will primarily focus on glaucoma, with some general ophthalmology patients.
  • Established practice of 30+ optometrists and ophthalmologists, with subspecialists in Cataract, Glaucoma, Retina, and Laser Vision Correction, including SMILE and Light Adjustable Lens.
  • Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary base/bonus opportunity.
  • Integrated NextGen EHR system across all Discover Vision Centers locations.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board-Certified in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship-trained
  • Passionate about eye care
  • Excellent communication skills

Schedule/ Shift: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
