Job description

Location: Maple Grove, MN

We are currently hiring for an Operator II position at a medical device manufacturing organization in Maple Grove, MN. We are looking for someone with catheter manufacturing experience.

Shift time (1st shift)

  • Monday - Thursday
    • 5am-3:30pm

Position Title: Operator II

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role involves the meticulous manufacture and testing of medical device assemblies within a cleanroom environment. Documentation and adherence to procedural guidelines are integral to this role, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe and effective medical device products.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute assembly, inspection, and packaging procedures as per established protocols.
  • Maintain production pace to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
  • Identify and report issues related to product quality, manufacturing processes, and materials.
  • Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, including accurate documentation and compliance with Quality Systems Procedures.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company policies.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing flexibly to team objectives.
  • Participate in cross-training across multiple operational areas, enhancing versatility within the production environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Catheter manufacturing experience
