Job description

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires applicants to be bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluent - Read/write/speak)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Office Manager to oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations & Staff Management
Directly oversee staff members
Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintaining clean rooms, stocked inventory, and necessary supplies.
Manage front and back office timecards, payroll, and scheduling.
Work closely with LVN Supervisor, front office staff, MAs, and providers to support clinic efficiency.
Provider Scheduling & Daily Flow
Oversee 2-3 providers, managing availability, PTO, schedule adjustments, and tracking provider schedules.
Ensure provider schedules are full and efficiently managed.
Monitor clinic flow and address any bottlenecks or scheduling issues.
Patient & Staff Communication
Handle front office escalations, resolving patient concerns and staff issues.
Assist with patient-provider communication, including Spanish translation, particularly in sensitive women's health discussions.
Maintain regular communication with office managers at other sites for updates and collaboration.
Work across multiple departments, including primary care, OB/GYN, and behavioral health
Ensure seamless coordination with external providers and community resources.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of insurance plans and healthcare systems.
Experience using EMR systems (EPIC preferred, but training available for other systems).
Ability to multitask and work independently-must be confident in running the clinic with minimal direct supervision.
Experience working with low-income, Spanish-speaking, and homeless populations.
Strong leadership skills-must be able to maintain authority and ensure staff accountability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, can independently manage clinic operations, and is passionate about serving the community.

Pay: $72,800.00 - $78,000/year

Schedule: M-F 8-5pm
