Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review transfer requests for in good order status, create letter of acceptance to send to ceding carrier with required enclosures for requesting a transfer of funds. Handle mailing of originals, medallion signatures, authorized signer when required.
  • Review incoming requirements, correspondence for in good order status.
  • Handle outgoing client correspondence, to include refund or unaccepted checks.
  • Process withdrawals, follow up on ACH returns.
  • Research unidentified correspondence with mailroom team.
  • Communicate (written and/or oral) with producers regarding outstanding requirements and application status.
  • Properly document communications to/from producers and others concerning matters specific to each case.
  • Assist with supporting phone calls with both producers and clients.
  • Additional opportunities and responsibilities as required by management.
  • Successfully complete required LOMA courses (281 and 291) within first 2 years of employment.
  • Successfully complete all required company training (i.e., HIPPA, AML, etc.).

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR '' (electronic medical record system) EPIC, Microsoft Excel computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
