Occupational Health RN Overview:

The Occupational Health Coordinator reports directly to the Occupational Health Director. The successful candidate holds an active RN license.

The Occupational Health Coordinator will be responsible for providing expertise to the onsite nursing staff for the care of injuries, act as a resource for assistance with work comp, daily compliance issues, and other items that affect the onsite care role.

Works closely with the Occupational Health Director to continue to develop initiatives and programs to support the nurses and our worker population.

Occupational Health RN Day to Day:

• This individual will be traveling a few times a month to other manufacturing sites. Travel is 2-3 days per visit. 7 plants in IN, 5 being in Fort Wayne, 10 plants outside of IN.
• This person will essentially be auditing, mentoring, assisting with any medical surveillance, working with the Director on policies and practices, overall the Director's right hand person/assistant.
• They will not have direct reports.
• The responsibility of this position is to ensure all the sites are operating efficiently and identifying any areas for improvement and/or additional support based on the volume of patients the nurses are seeing.

Occupational Health RN Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Occupational Health RN Pay & Benefits:

• $70,000-$75,000k annual salary based on experience
