Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)

We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time role scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Salary Information:

• APN Level I (Less than 1 year of reproductive/sexual healthcare experience): $43.94 - $52.46/hour
• APN Level II (At least 1 year of reproductive/sexual healthcare experience): $45.04 - $60.53/hour
• • Spanish Speakers Bonus: Earn an additional $1.25/hour upon passing a Spanish proficiency test
  • Precepting Bonus: Earn an additional $20/hour day for training new hires
  • Relocation Package: $3,000 for in-state (if over 2.5 hours away) and $6,000 for out-of-state relocation
  • Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 total ($3,000 at start and $3,000 at 1-year mark)

Role Responsibilities:

• 60% Family Planning, 40% Medical Abortions
• Review patient health history, conduct physical exams with a focus on reproductive health
• Provide cancer screening, diagnose STIs, and perform specialized procedures
• Order diagnostic studies and provide treatment and follow-up as necessary
• Educate patients on birth control methods and reproductive health
• Must see male and female clients
• Work with health center staff to maintain clinic operations
• Participate in abortion services, including referrals, education, counseling, and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution
• Note: This role is the only NP at the location, working alongside a manager and support staff

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado (or willingness to apply for one)
• 6+ months of NP experience (no new grads)
• Colorado Prescriptive Authority (RxN)
