Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in reproductive care to join our dedicated team. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in infertility, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients seeking assistance with reproductive health and fertility concerns. Your advanced knowledge and experience, along with your leadership abilities, will be particularly valuable in this role. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of managing patients' coordinators and cases.

Job Description/Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing infertility issues, including conducting assessments, examinations, and transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound imaging.

· Collaborate with IVF coordinators to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient patient coordination. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed to all treatment coordinators.

· Review patients' medical records and perform medical screening evaluation for third party patients.

· Under physician's guidance, educate patients on infertility causes, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to optimize fertility.

· Under physician's guidance, administer fertility medications, monitor treatment response, and adjust dosages as necessary.

· Under physician's guidance, perform IUI and other related procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established protocols.

· Conduct counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological aspects of infertility, supporting patients and their families throughout their fertility journey.

· Stay updated on the latest advances in infertility treatments, attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

· Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and upholding professional standards of practice.

Experiences/Qualifications

· Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification

· Women's Health experience

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in reproductive health and infertility.

· Strong passion and empathy about fertility and women's health.

Pay: $130k-$180k
