An Outpatient Oncology Clinic in Spokane, WA is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Paired 1:1 with a Medical Assistant
• Working with an existing panel of patients
• Volume of patients is 8-12 per day
• Appointments generally consist of follow ups, assessing side effects of prescribed medication, and evaluating if they are still able to receive treatment
• NP's do not perform procedures they will prescribe medications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of ambulatory experience as an NP
• NP certification through the Washington State DOH
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Additional Skills:

• Previous Experience in Oncology

Schedule/Shift:

• Mon-Fri 8a -5p

Contract Length:

700 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.

Pay:

$62.50 - $74/hour (Negotiable Dependant on experience)
