Job description

Job Posting: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Oklahoma City

Position Overview:

We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join us in providing exceptional medical care at our partner facilities. Our NPs play a crucial role in managing patients' medical needs, ensuring high-quality primary and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a member of the facility medical staff to manage patients' ongoing medical needs.
  • Provide primary and preventative care, including admission and discharge assessments, physical exams, medication reviews, and evaluations of changes in patient conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, facility staff, the Medical Director, and patients' physicians.
  • Document patient care in the facility system and track billing using our mobile billing app.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN/APRN license in Oklahoma
  • Current CS/DEA licenses
  • National certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology preferred
  • Nursing experience in ICU, ER, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $120,000 annually
  • Monthly performance bonus of $2,000 after reaching productivity goals (16-18 visits per day)
  • Comprehensive benefit plan
  • Full- Time positions available

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, including on-call/phone triage duties
  • On-call hours: 8 AM - 6 PM (Daytime)
