Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a team at our 16-bed residential detox facility. If you thrive in a creative, mission-driven environment and are passionate about providing compassionate care to individuals with substance use disorders, this could be the perfect role for you.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts, flexible start/end times



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of 22 staff, directly supervising 10-12 RNs and LPNs.
  • Manage the care of patients (age 18-33) withdrawing from substances such as opiates, alcohol, and meth.
  • Support nursing staff with patient admissions, medication passes, and discharge processes.
  • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies with insurance companies.
  • Coordinate scheduling, medication management, and documentation using EMR (PointCare Click - PCC).
  • Participate in innovative research projects in partnership with the University of Washington.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years nursing experience (inpatient preferred) and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in acute withdrawal management using ASAM, COWS, and CIWA protocols.
  • Licensed RN in Washington State.
  • Ability to think outside the box and embrace whole-person care in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Nice to Have:

  • BA in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience in chemical dependency treatment.
