Job description

Location: Kent, WA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 10am-6pm; 30-hour per week position

Pay Rate: $37.23/hour ($58,078.00 annually)

  • Eligible for full benefits and a $5K sign-on bonus.

Clinical Supervision: Clinical supervision available for associate level clinicians working towards licensure; education costs not covered.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of 911 Call Diversion Specialists and general supervision of other staff working on the 988-phone line during scheduled shifts, including coaching and monitoring.
  • Support 911 Call Diversion specialists in assessing risk of harm and mental illness, ensuring best clinical practices.
  • Ensure appropriate screening and linkage to various crisis intervention services for callers.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to Call Diversion and Information and Referral Specialist staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, and proper documentation of calls in the EHR system.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a Mental Health-related field.
  • Registration with the WA Board as a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
  • Preference for associate-level social work or counselor candidates.
  • Experience with crisis work or high acuity patients.
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment.
  • Experience with electronic clinical documentation.
