Job description

Now Hiring a Hybrid Member Services Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ!
Overview:
  • This will be a call center- mostly inbound calls about 18-30 calls per day
  • Open Enrollment: Majority of the calls - potential coverage questions, more likely they are getting calls that someone has signed up to update status, show their coverage, what their benefits will be on the new plan, checking status on their plans through the exchange
  • Member provider calls, application questions, eligibility/ claims questions
  • Coverage calls (explaining patient benefits)
  • Questions around claims/billing, patient complaints
  • Answer questions on where their members can get care from providers.
  • Providing tailored care to members that may need to be "carried" through their customer service center
  • "one stop shop" for all things customer service
  • Outbound Calls: returning voicemails (after hour calls), member condition verification with providers, enrollment verification, follow up from applications
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center experience (within healthcare)
  • Computer proficiency required
  • High School Diploma
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Nephrology/ Kidney Disease experience
  • CSNIP experience

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM (Hybrid)

Pay:

  • $16-$20/hr DOE
