Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist you will…

• Ensure protocols are being followed to ensure timely resolution and completion of enrollment, dis enrollments, cancellations, demographic updates, member/staff communications and all types of requests or transaction related to administering plan membership activities.
• Assist in managing the flow of workload and ensure adherence to processing standards are met or exceeded.
• Supports special projects focused on Plan growth and promoting membership excellence.
• Works with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex enrollment issues, including resolving enrollment responses coming from CMS.
• Assist with managing the day-to-day activities of the process, including establishing priorities and work assignments.
• Conducts quality audits to include Member Reconciliation as required.
• Enrollment mailroom activities

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma and/or GED required
• 2-3 years of Medicare enrollment experience in Healthcare Insurance Operations,

• Sales Agent/Broker Outreach (Phone/Email)
• Billing/Payment Recon
• Late Enrollment Penalty LEP Program
• MARx Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish

Soft Skill/Attribute Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Customer Service Experience

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR (electronic medical record system), Microsoft Excel computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Work Environment: This position is going to be FULLY REMOTE.
