We are looking for a Medical Scheduling/Billing Associate to join one of our top clients in St. Louis! Looking to work for one of the best healthcare systems in STL in a role that has extensive growth? This is for you!

Role Overview:

• Collects and updates patient demographics, insurance details, and referrals, offering guidance on financial assistance options as needed.
• Coordinates patient scheduling, including urgent requests, appointment reminders, and updates, while assisting with Relatient system results and adjustments.
• Communicates with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless scheduling and referral processes.
• Explains billing processes to patients and staff, addressing insurance inquiries and supporting basic account maintenance.
• Assists with provider schedule adjustments based on physician feedback and sends patient reminders.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience working in a medical office setting (Scheduling, receptionist, billing)
• EPIC experince (preferred)
• Background in scheduling (highly preferred)
• Great customer service skils!

Pay: $18-23/hr+

Location: St. Louis, MO 63110 (Onsite)

Schedule: M-F Day Shift
