Medical Scheduler - Pediatrics

We are seeking skilled Medical Scheduler's to join one of our top clients in St. Louis within their Pediatrics Department! This role involves a high volume of patient scheduling for new appointments in GI, Genetics, Allergy, & Pulmonary services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule new appointments (goal: at least 45 calls per day per person, with plans to increase).
• Utilize Epic EMR to manage scheduling tasks efficiently.
• Address and resolve scheduling issues in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Epic EMR in a healthcare setting.
• Strong background in healthcare scheduling
• Excellent customer service skills to engage patients professionally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and "hit the ground running."

Location: St. Louis, MO 63110

Pay: $17.00-22.00/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dress Code: Black Scrubs
