Medical Scheduler (Onsite)

Kenedy (1 time a month): 3349 Hwy 181 South, Suite A, Kenedy, TX 78119
Crystal City (1 time a month): 1313 Veterans Blvd, F, Crystal City, TX 78839
Boerne (1 time a month): 112 Herrf Rd., Ste 110, Boerne, TX 78006
Generally, the staff carpools to Crystal City and Kenedy. Most of the staff likes to drive to Boerne and Westover themselves so that they can leave clinic and go straight home. (they generally get out early on travel days)
Mileage is reimbursed
This is a travel position. License and Car Insurance required

Responsibilities

The Surgery Scheduler schedules patients for surgery, tests, referrals, medical and cardiac clearance, pre-op tests and review meds and health history
Scheduling patients for surgery, completing facility paperwork
Scheduling patients for diagnostic tests
Reviewing patient's meds and health history to determine pre-admission testing needs
Scheduling patient for follow-up appointments and tests
Other duties as assigned
