Job Title: Medical Scheduler
Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233 (Guadalupe Rd. and Arizona Ave.)
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year Medical Scheduling experience
- Insurance verification experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with AHCCCS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (NOT limited to the following):
- Answer incoming calls
- Collect patient demographics and insurance information
- Insurance verification
- Schedule appointments across all locations
- Confirm, cancel and reschedule appointments as needed
