We are seeking an experienced healthcare registration/scheduling professional to join a growing imaging practice as a Medical Registration Clerk at their Concord, CA clinic.

Medical Registration Clerk - Job Overview:

• Working in an imaging clinic that based within a hospital
• Greeting patients (They take both inpatient and outpatient patients)
• Checking patients in and out
• Updating patient demographics
• Making paperwork packets
• Working on Epic EMR system
• Some scheduling (however, they have separate person who mostly handles this)
• They have MRI Techs working and they have Tech assistants who support them from a clinical standpoint, however, since they have limited staff working on the weekend the person in this role will help occasionally help out with rooming a patient and keeping patient rooms cleaned
• They have 3 scanners on the weekend so patient volume is consistent

Medical Registration Clerk - Schedule:

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays

7am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm

Medical Registration Clerk - Pay & Benefits:

• $26-29/hr based on experience
