Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records Retrieval Specialists to join our team for an 8-10 month project. The primary responsibilities include handling a high volume of medical records requests, sending E-Fax requests, following up via phone, and uploading medical records into EMR with accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve medical records as per incoming requests (approximately 100 requests per day).
• Send E-Fax requests efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up on requests with outbound calls (15-20 calls per day).
• Upload retrieved medical records into EMR.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in medical records management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using E-Fax and EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective phone follow-ups.
• Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the project.
