Job Description: The Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for members and their families. This individual guides members from arrival to departure, meeting their care needs and enhancing their overall experience.

  • Welcome members upon arrival and check them in.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
  • Utilize and manage the EMR system (EClinicalWorks).
  • Assist members with paperwork and request medical records.
  • Manage the phone line, answering calls, taking messages, and communicating effectively.
  • Provide patient education and assist with center events.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (medical front desk experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in PC skills.
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with EClinicalWorks.
  • Familiarity with the geriatric population.
