Medical Receptionist (Onsite)

• In need of 1 Medical Receptionist for Baptist South Texas Surgical Group
  
  • Main Location: 545 Creekside Crossing, Suite 226 New Braunfels, TX (Wednesday-Friday)
  • Satellite Clinic (Mondays & Tuesdays): 105 Medical Drive, Suite 200, Seguin, TX 78155

• • Not a driving role, starting and ending day at same location.
• Daily Duties: prior authorizations, patient check in/out, scheduling, patient phone calls, insurance verification, patient facing, answering phones, collect co-pays,
• EMR: Athena
• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
• Soft Skills: bubbly, good with patients, out-going, helpful, patient
• Faced paced environment! The more experience the better
• Experience: 2+ years of experience
  • Athena experienced highly preferred
  • Bilingualism is another plus
• Dress Code: solid colored scrubs
• Interviews: in-person
• ASAP Start Date once cleared Drug Test & Background Check
